American Football was a short-lived band only completing only one record(and one ep) but what they made was extremely influential. basically they combined the lyrics of fugazi/rites of spring and other post-hardcore("emo") bands and math rock. The album oozes of coming home to dinner at twilight after playing with your friends during one of the last days of summer. I don't really care if that didn't make sense because im on medication right now.
